Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rankeo (“the Service”), operated by The Planet Deals LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Rankeo is a SaaS platform that provides SEO audits, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) tracking, schema markup generation, content analysis, and related tools to help businesses improve their visibility on traditional and AI-powered search engines.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • Plans include a monthly credit allocation. Additional credits can be purchased as packs.
  • Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Free Tools

Certain tools (Authority Checker, Domain Compare, Schema Validator, Content Analyzer) are available without an account, subject to rate limits. Free tools are provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit limits, or access controls
  • Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the Service
  • Submit URLs or content you do not have the right to analyze
  • Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access
  • Resell access to the Service without a written agreement

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, branding, algorithms, and documentation, is the property of The Planet Deals LLC. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any data, URLs, or content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your audit results, generated schemas, or reports.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that SEO/GEO recommendations will produce specific search ranking results. Audit scores and recommendations are informational and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLANET DEALS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Planet Deals LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days after termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
